Jim Evans, President and CEO of Clean Country, began in 1979 as a one-man-shop. The experience he gained by personally cleaning private and government facilities has proven invaluable.
Since the company’s inception, Jim has taken pride in “Putting the Good back in his customer’s Good Morning,” by providing the highest quality of custodial expertise.

In 1981, Clean Country began managing janitorial services for the U.S. Armed Forces Recruiting Stations throughout the Midwest.
Today, Clean Country provides consistent quality cleaning services for over 200 government locations, spanning a 30 state area. Even though the company has specialized in serving the needs of government agencies, it is uniquely positioned to offer the best services possible to private sector companies nationwide.

In addition to performing regular custodial services, Clean Country excels in special project work. When Clean Country employees are not available to handle special projects, professional subcontractors are hired to perform carpet cleaning, stripping and waxing, and window cleaning. The professionalism used in the selection and management of subcontractors gives building managers peace of mind, knowing the job will be done right and on time.

Recently, the Company successfully cleaned 10,000 square-feet of carpet and stripped and waxed 10,000 square-feet of tile for the U.S. Army Reserve Center in Billings, Mont. Clean Country staff cleaned 25,000 square-feet of carpet and stripped and waxed 4,000 square-feet
