Baron Miller – Chief Operations Officer

  • Graduate of East Central University: Ada, Oklahoma
  • 20 years experience in complete building services
  • 1997 through 1999 won Service Masters Top Award of Excellence
  • 1997 promoted to Facility Manager for a 1.6 million square feet facility
    • Managed 1.9 million dollar budget, over 50 employees, payroll, and Human Resources
  • Since 2001, General Manager of multiple accounts totaling 2.5 million square feet
  • Manages two world headquarters in the Midwest
  • Travels nationwide training other GM’s with 1 million plus square feet start up’s
  • Joined Clean Country in 2009 to assist the President with all phases of managing large and multiple accounts nationwide

Dave Samler – Human Resource Manager

  • Dave’s 20+ years experience in sales included training new reps for an international company spanning a five state area
  • Member of Omaha Mayor-Clergy Advisory Board
  • Responsible for all employee issues including recruiting and training of new hires
  • Bids Military Recruiting Offices and other solicitations designated by the President
  • Manages the Junior Management Team who assist him in day to day operations including the Company’s Quality Assurance Program
  • Responsible for Clean Country’s high marks for customer satisfaction
  • Topped 98% A’s and B’s for 2008
  • Came to Clean Country in July, 2007
